To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful for as long as possible, please follow the care guidelines for each specific material:

Brass
Brass is durable and can generally be worn while showering or washing your hands.
However, try to use mild personal care products. Certain ingredients, especially citrus/fruit acids and harsh cleaning agents, can affect the brass surface.
We recommend removing your jewelry during workouts or activities that cause heavy sweating.
It is also best to take it off during prolonged contact with chlorine or saltwater. Over time, brass may naturally darken slightly or lose some of its shine – this is part of the material's unique character.
If the brass becomes dull, you can gently clean it with lemon juice and a little salt, then rinse it with clean water and dry it thoroughly.

Gold Plated
Made of gold-plated brass. Avoid contact with water, sweat, perfume, and lotions as much as possible to preserve the gold layer for a long time. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or polish the jewelry too vigorously.

Gold Filled
Particularly durable and water-resistant. Can generally be worn while showering. To ensure the longest possible lifespan, we recommend removing the jewelry during sports as well as in chlorinated or saltwater.

Macramé Cord
Water-resistant and durable – jewelry made entirely of macramé cord can generally be worn at all times, including while showering or bathing. The cord may become slightly softer over time, which is completely natural. If the piece features larger brass elements or charms, please refer to the brass care instructions.

Gemstones & Pearls
These are natural materials and may vary slightly in color, shape, and texture. Protect them from chemicals, perfume, and harsh cleaning agents as much as possible. Small brass details may change slightly over time, though this is usually barely noticeable on delicate components.
